The shareholders of Existing Company approved to transfer the business to Ctech Global Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Company").The New Company agreed to take over the trademark: CTECH , stocks and all the relevant facilities and business. The Existing Company will cease the any operation relating to supplying similar products to Singapore market.
